New Screens and UI

I just updated the UI, and wanted to share some screens. I don’t know if these are permanent – but here’s what’s new.

Shake to interact has been replaced with a context sensitive button. UI added to top to show lives, number of coins, and star fragments collected. Not sure if these take up too much room…
